~ microwave oven ~

05 February 2006

ari and i went to the city to buy two things: comics and sewing machine. but we went home with this instead.

microwave oven

our cheap microwave oven, yay! we can heat things up easily.

anyways, i still want to have my own sewing machine. i’ve been wanting sewing machine since last year. i can’t sew, but i think i can always learn. “start with easy things first”, ari said… what an encouraging hubby.

can anyone recommend where to buy good and relatively cheap sewing machine in Singapore?

Hi may I suggest Craig’slist
if there isn’t one for sale, you could always list that you want to purchase one.
I found a brother sewing machine at Kmart and it has over a dozen different stiches do you have a large retaile that is similar?

Thal, don’t buy the one with four legs, but the one which you can put on the table, so you can move it anywhere. Ari knows. Mine is Merritt SR-5

yep, we’re not planning to buy a big ones (that includes the table). we’re looking for the semi portable one… not too small, but not too big. just a regular sized sewing machine :)

hmm, i think i’m not looking for second-hand sewing machine. i’d rather own one that comes with waranty because i don’t know where to go if the thing is broken :P
