~ macritchie trail run ~
after months and months of skipping all trail runs in MacRitchie Reservoir, this morning ari and i finally made a visit. this time, with Shinta, Dea and our guest from Jakarta, Mas Andre (whom going to be running his first Marathon next month! w00t!).

it was everyone’s first time doing loop in Macritchie, so ari and i were the guides…
the morning started with rain. we almost cancelled our running plan because the rain didn’t stop all night. thank god it stopped about half an hour before the meeting time. so off we went.
it was cool and cloudy the whole run, which is great… i love this weather. it makes me less tired during the run. the course was a bit muddy but it was fun.
my heart rate monitor went dead mid-run, not sure what happened… does that happen often on Polar?
