expiration date 

my brother sent me an sms requesting the recipes for the salsa. so i thought why don’t i just post it here? so here it is. it’s a very simple and probably dumbed-down recipes. feel free to adjust the ingredients according to taste.

3 medium tomatoes, chopped
1 green bell pepper, chopped
1/2 onion, chopped
2 tbsps fresh cilantro, finely chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 tbsps lime juice
1/2 tsp ground cumin
1/2 tsp chili powder
1/2 tsp salt

mix all ingredients in a large bowl. to let the flavor combines, keep it in refrigerator overnight before serving.

serves 4 cups.
