~ brown-ish tote bag ~
i finished my first sewing project (if you don’t count the pin-cushion i did the other day)! hooray!
yep, i’m venturing to the craft of sewing. wish me luck. it’s actually much harder than i thought. so, my first project, which is quite plain and simple, is a tote bag for ari.
on Saturday, we both went shopping for fabric, and it took me two days to sew this thing… sloooow. well, i think i’ll get faster as i practice.
it has a green flowery lining with fake leather fabric as the strap.
and small pouch on one side where he can put his cellphone, pens and little wallet.
i’m sooo happy, i can finally put my sewing machine to use… and actually learned how to use it :D

hehe, emang pengen going domestic. tapi tetep aja ga bisa masak :P
pengen sih dikasih logo avo. cuman blum dibikin, dan masih bingung mo bikinnya yang model apa :)
why don’t you make it commercial ? :)
you mean selling it? naah, not yet. my sewing skill is not yet up to par… or at least i’m not comfortable with it yet. maybe down the road :)
wow, i think u did a great job! i need to bring my machine out to practice more. did u make the pattern up?
oh, i didn’t know you sew! yeah, i made up the pattern in my head. i copied bits and pieces of it from another bag with different size and from a paper shopping bag. i think that’s why it was all slow… i should’ve made the pattern on paper first…
