ari has an open house today. his apartment lease is ending soon and since we’re leaving the country, he isn’t going to renew his lease. a bunch of people and brokers come buy to see his apartment. it’s been happening since 11. around 4:30 in the afternoon, his bathtub faucet gave up and didn’t want to close. it’s been dripping for the last few months and this is the second time the faucet just broke loose. we’re waiting for Freddy, his super intendant, to come by and fix it. what a mess. its interesting that it happens on the day of the open house. not a very good first impression… we ended up cancelling our plan to go to cia and joanne’s bbq :(
