~ the new Apple Store ~
people at the office were walking around with a clear tube with Apple logo t-shirt in it. i wonder why… turned out that the new Apple store in Soho is having their grand opening today, and they’re giving out nice looking t-shirts (apple logo with “soho” written on the front, and “shop different” on the back — correct me if i’m wrong). i was supposed to go there during lunch with scogin and alyssa, but got too hungry and forgot all about it. besides, Woody Allen is shooting his new movie at a record store below scogin’s apartment, so i ended up looking for Christina Ricci and forgot about the Apple store all together.
ari and i went to the store after work, but they don’t have any t-shirts left. they don’t give out anything else, although i won’t mind getting one of those titanium ‘puters.
nice store, though. i feel like i was walking inside a late G4 Cube. a crowded one.
