~ jet lag ~

i think i still have jet lag. i keep waking up around 6 and can’t go back to sleep. and around 6 in the afternoon, i already get sleepy. does anyone have suggestion on how to get rid of jet lag?
oops, i know i’m late, but i just realized that jake’s site has moved to japultra domain… that’s what happen for not touching the net for two and a half weeks….
