~ karaoke ~
we all, the product people at bolt.com have been waiting for this day to come. we’re going KARAOKE! hehehe… i know, we’re cheesy.
there are about 20 product people consist of the producers, designers, and UIs. not everyone went karaoke, but most of us were there. it was a lot of fun!
we went to Village Karaoke. that place was really strange. we got our own room, along with a tv, a karaoke machine, a remote control, and somekind of disco ball. the room was very dark and the athmosphere was kinda, umm, sleazy. or maybe it’s just us.
so anyways, we brought in our pizzas and cases of beers, and locked ourselves in that room. and the fun began.
at the beginning, everyone hesitated to sing. mikegw did a good job in breaking the ice by volunteering as the first singer. but beer solved the problem. the more they drink, the louder they sang. i, of course, sang too. loud. i don’t even know whether i sang well or not. but who cares, right?
afterwards, stephen, pete and i went to mikegw’s sleepyface gig. we met with myke, jason and stephen’s wife, and stayed there till around 1.
