expiration date 

it looks like my apartment hunting season is over. yesterday, my broker showed me a very nice and large studio apartment that was within my budget. the location wasn’t too bad, the rooms are bright, the building was clean and the windows are facing the courtyard. i’m happy with it and ari seems to be pleased, as well. my broker was very confident that i’d get approved. so i filled up the application. hopefully, it will go through.

they also has started showing my current apartment to people. i got calls from the broker asking for permission to show it around. since i usually don’t get home until around 9-10 in the evening, i let them go there while i was out. that’s ok, right? my apartment doesn’t smell and the kitchen and bathroom are clean. so i won’t have to worry about being embarassed, i guess.

have you seen the new vir2l? OUCH! i remember how cool their old version were. so incomparable.
