omg, i’m connected applicances!

my mom arrived from Indonesia yesterday. yay! i left early from work to greet her. it’s very exciting to have your parents visiting when you don’t live with them anymore. she likes my new apartment, my new sofa, even the bathroom sink — which adds the excitement. i spent the whole afternoon and evening talked to her and bought a plane ticket for my brother, who will be arriving at my apartment today (woohoo! i’ll have many guests to entertain!).

since i didn’t turn my computer on at all yesterday after 3pm, i was quite surprised on the amount of yesterday’s file requests and hits listed on avocadolite’s tracker. so thanks, evhead and saimasays.

by the way, take a look at george’s site… it was redesigned yesterday and it looks great! so easy to read, no wonder it’s number one… just kidding.

and this is absolutely a beautiful site. the more stoopid the caption, the better the movie.
